Welcome to the Mantra Portal
Each month we will be introduced to a sacred Mantra and learn to work with its unique energy and vibration.
Mantras are made up of sounds that carry with them powerful medicine for body, mind and spirit. Most of the mantras we will be working with are in Sanskrit, which resonates on a level of the cellular, energetic and divine fields of our being. They have the power to heal, to move blockages, to open up gateways, and to bring us closer into connection with our true self.
As we go through each month with the different mudras I invite you to tune into the different energy and feelings of them. Stay curious, and try to practice for a few minutes every day- or at least a few times a week.
These meditations will be updated Monthly with the most recent one on the top.
August- Shanti Peace Mantra
This is one of my favourite mantras. It is so powerful bringing with it as we chant connection to the divine and such a sense and resonance of peace.
asato mā sadgamaya
tamasomā jyotir gamaya
mrityormāamritam gamaya
Oṁ śhānti śhānti śhāntiḥ
Lead me from the unreal to the real,
Lead me from darkness to light,
Lead me from death to immortality.
July- Aum Surya Namaha
It’s the perfect time to honour and open to the magic of the sun. To honour that strong, bright energy and to open into greater grace, warmth and sensation. We repeat this mantra together 108 times. Powerful!
June – Gayatri Mantra
This month I was drawn to share the Gayatri Mantra. This Mantra is so potent, powerful and a transforming. It brings us into a space of greater connection with spirit and asks us to open to the power of the divine.
Om Bhur Bhuvaḥ Swaḥ
Tat-savitur Vareñyaṃ
Bhargo Devasya Dheemahi
Dhiyo Yonaḥ Prachodayāt
The general meaning: We meditate on that most adored Supreme Lord, the creator, whose effulgence (divine light) illumines all realms (physical, mental and spiritual). May this divine light illumine our intellect.

This powerful and simple mantra opens us to the power of our heart and brings peace and expansion to all aspects and layers of our being. So simple and yet so deep. I hope you enjoy this beautiful practice.
Aum Chandra Deva Jyotati Aum
This powerful and simple Mantra honours the energy of the divine feminine and the power of receiving. It basically means- I open myself up to be a receptacle for the divine sacred feminine. Its grounding, Calming and so beautiful. I hope you enjoy.
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
This month I wanted to stay in the realm of the compassionate and positive space, bringing love and attention to human kind. There is so much we can give through our hearts and our spirits, and singing this mantra brings us into connection with universal love. More of a prayer than a mantra, it is beautiful to repeat daily, bringing peace to ourselves and to the world. The meaning of this mantra is “May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.” Just so beautiful.
Green Tara Mantra
This month when I tuned into spirit to see what mantra wanted to come forth, Green Tara stepped right up. The goddess of unconditional love and compassion she brings with her both grace and wisdom and such healing. In these wavy times of so much chaos- she is like the guiding light in the storm that brings us back to a place of calm and of the heart. The Tara mantra is Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha. I prostrate to the Liberator, Mother of all the Victorious One. Om means liberating from samsara. Tare shows that Mother Tara liberates living beings from samsara, from true suffering, or problems. Tuttare, liberates you from the fears. The third word, Ture, liberates you from disease. Soha means establishing the root of the path, and bowing down to all that is.
Ganesha Mudra- January 2022
There is no better way to start off a new journey or project then honouring the divine Ganesha. He is the remover of all obstacles, opens the gateways into greater awareness and freedom, and paves the pathways with grace. This mantra is very simple and yet very powerful. In it we work with the sounds Aum Shreem Gum Ganapataye Namaha. This honour the divine energy of the creative force of life, and invites Ganesh to support us on our highest path of evolution. We chant the mantra here 108 times, and yet it is fine to do it less on a day to day basis. Notice how you feel afterwards, and take time to set an intention before chanting to lay down any obstacles or burdens that may be in your way, or that you would like support with.

Kali Mantra
Sound and Spirit Initiation Shaking Yourself Free And Kali Mantra
This week I was inspired to ignite the fire of awakening through sacred vibration and sound. We start by embracing our body with a gentle, yet powerful shaking meditation that both purifies and nourishes at the same time. This is a great practice to release stress, to calm excess mental energy and to bring us right into our bodies. Once settled and grounded we then open to the power of sound, working with a powerful Kali Mantra to support the shifts we are all moving through in this collective consciousness.
Notice how you feel afterwards- alive, awake, calm and present. Enjoy. The Fire Temple Igniting the sacred flame As we begin our journey deeper into the heart of the temple it’s time to light the fire of our initiation. Here we start to peel back the layers of the illusions that may still be held in place, and offer ourselves up to the higher experience of our path and our innate wisdom. We open to attunements that both support the spark of our true radiance, and we also have space to connect and share our experiences in the live sangha. There are many gifts here of ancient practices to both open, prepare, and support our energy body in its divine awakening.
