My path into this work developed over time, shaped by both personal experience and years of dedicated study.

Today, I support people in understanding themselves more deeply and working through what they’re experiencing in a grounded and intuitive way.

My Path

Like many who are drawn to this work, I first began exploring it during a period of personal change. What started as a way to better understand myself gradually became a deeper commitment.

Since I was a young child, I’ve had a sensitivity to energy. Over time, I developed the ability to see and feel where something may be blocked, unsettled, or out of balance—and to work with that in a way that is supportive and responsive.

Integrating Astrology

Astrology became an important part of this process, offering a clear framework for understanding patterns, timing, and direction.

It gave language to what I had been intuitively perceiving and continues to inform the way I work today.Over the past 20 years, I have studied and worked with a range of healing and astrological systems, developing an approach that integrates both intuitive awareness and practical understanding.

Sessions are offered online and in person in Nashville, Tennessee.
