All Energy Healing Therapies are a beautiful way to connect with your innermost self, at the same time nourishing and healing the physical body. These sessions are an opportunity to go deep within to transform and integrate old patterns, emotions, and ways of being, in a relaxed and held state. They are also a wonderful way to support the body as you move through emotional or physical healing. Each session is an experience of deep connection and transformation, one that unfolds in the way you need it most.
What This Work Supports
These sessions are designed to help you move through what you’re experiencing in a clear and supported way.
This may include working through emotional patterns, stress, or periods of change, as well as restoring a greater sense of balance and connection within yourself.
Each session is guided intuitively, meeting you where you are. We may work with the body, energy, emotional patterns, or deeper subconscious layers—depending on what is ready to be seen, felt, and supported.
These sessions are a space to slow down, listen more deeply, and work with what’s beneath the surface—supporting your body, mind, and energy in coming back into balance.
How I Work
In these sessions, we work deeply with the natural intelligence of the body and its wisdom. While the story is important and we open to it, most of the work is held in a space of deep relaxation where we tune in somatically to see what is needing attention and where the energy wants to flow. Using the client’s intuition and my guidance, we follow the pathways shared from the energies speaking to us in the session
Each treatment may be a mix of many modalities- including energy healing, Medical Qi Gong, somatic work, breathwork, sound, and gentle movement practices. Intuitive insight is an integral part of this process and informs how each session unfolds.

60 minutes — $180
A fully customized energy healing session designed to clear chronic stress, reset your nervous system, and restore emotional vitality. Best for routine alignment and targeted energetic clearing.
90 minutes — $270
Our deepest dive. Allows ample time for a pre-session intuitive intake, extended healing work, and post-session integration coaching. Recommended for your very first visit or during major life transitions.
A Healing Container (3-Session Package) — $505 (Save $50)
True energetic shifts often require consistency. This package allows for deep shifts, Brings grounding to your being, and provides a continuous space for deep healing.
