Coming Home to Yourself is a deeply experiential seven-month journey into the different dimensions of who we are—our sense of grounding and safety, our emotions and creativity, our personal power, our capacity for love, our authentic expression, our intuition, and our connection to something greater.
Using the chakra system as our energetic foundation, we'll explore these aspects of ourselves not through learning about chakras, but through experiencing them.
Each month, we'll gather for a 90-minute live online experience that may include guided meditation, energy work, movement and Qi Gong, intuitive practices, reflection, journaling, and gentle practices to carry into your everyday life.
Rather than adding more information to your life, this is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and connect with the wisdom that is already within you.
Each month builds upon the last, creating a gradual journey toward greater self-awareness, embodiment, and alignment.
This is not a course you need to study or a set of practices you need to perfect. It is a space to experience, explore, and integrate—at your own pace, within a supportive community.

Enrollment is for the complete seven-month experience. There are no drop-ins, allowing us to create a connected group that can journey through the experience together.
You don't need any previous experience with chakras, meditation, energy work, or Qi Gong. Simply come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Each session is tailored to support what you’re moving through and is guided by what is most needed in the moment.
60 minutes — $180
A fully customized energy healing session designed to clear chronic stress, reset your nervous system, and restore emotional vitality. Best for routine alignment and targeted energetic clearing.
90 minutes — $270
Our deepest dive. Allows ample time for a pre-session intuitive intake, extended healing work, and post-session integration coaching. Recommended for your very first visit or during major life transitions.
A Healing Container (3-Session Package) — $505 (Save $50)
True energetic shifts often require consistency. This package allows for deep shifts, Brings grounding to your being, and provides a continuous space for deep healing.
